Tonight I got to go to watch Natalie in her last dance recital. Natalie was in three different dances and she did awesome! She is so cute up there on stage and is quite the performer. There was some really cute acts like when the little toddlers came out in there cute bumble bee outfits and some that were not so cute as you can see from the below photos of the goofy guys trying to be funny. Jonathon did not get to go this year because he had to stay home with Payton… I know poor Jonathon not getting to watch a girl’s dance recital;). Good job Natalie! I love you!

He's a kicker!
Today I felt Baby Britten move for the first time. It is so weird because it reminded me of having Payton in my belly all over again. The movement is very subtle right now (obviously... small baby) but that's okay for now because I remember how strong my little angel Payton got to be and how annoying her little hiccups were when I was trying so hard to focus on my work in my third trimester... a vibrating belly can be quite the distraction;). I have really enjoyed being pregnant now that I am not so sick and tired and having Payton has made this pregnancy so much fun because she has been so sweet and into kissing and touching my belly. I am so excited for her to be a big sister! 16w4d

Hi May-nee
Payton is getting to the age where she is trying very hard to mimic words. She has had a few words that she has been able to say for while such as momma, dada, thank you, good girl, Jackson, Cali, sassy (pacifier), Jack, ball and some other common words. Lately Payton has been trying some more tricking words such as names. My favorite name she says is Macie. She pronounces it as May-nee. It is so funny and cute when she says it. I got her on tape while she was in the bath… that’s when she performs the best ;).
Potty Training... HELP!
I know Payton is probably to young to expect to be potty trained but I thought I'd start now with getting her use to the idea. So far... as you can see from the video... she is very comfortable with getting on the potty but just will not pee. Any suggestions? I know everyone is probably thinking take her pants down but I did not want to show any private parts;).

Company Picnic
DMMI had their annual company picnic this past weekend and despite the extreme heat it was a wonderful event with excellent food and lots of great people. Payton got to play with all of the kids and it is amazing how much the children have grown over one year.

Best time ever!
Last week I got to spend one of the most relaxing vacations with Jonathon and Payton. We went down to Cocoa Beach and spent three wonderful days as a family just playing and relaxing. I have so much fun with Payton on the beach and love watching Jonathon play with his little girl. Jonathon loves having Payton as a beach buddy since I am such a baby and too scared to go into the cold ocean. My Amazing Family! She would not hold still so Jonathon and I trapped her in the sand ;).
Jonathon built Payton this really cool sand slide... she loved it!My most favorite thing to see is this handsome man with this precious angel.
Beach buddies!
14 weeks
This is a photo taken after Jonathon and Payton were running together and Jonathon accidentally ran Payton straight into the 3 ft sandcastle... she was not to happy about it!

Happy Birthday Rick
Today was Rick's birthday and we celebrated by going to Rick and Linda's to have a family dinner. Rick is one of the most loving, caring and generous men I have ever meet. I am so lucky to have him as my father-in-law and as an example to Jonathon. Happy Birthday Rick! You are loved and appreciated!
