A Grandma with number 10?

How is it possible for her to look this beautiful, young and put together and be holding her 10th grand baby ?!? Although she doesn't look like a grandma... She is the greatest grandma that 10 grand kids could ask for!!!  Not only does she love them so much but they all love her so much! I'm so grateful to have her as my children's grandma. She's a very special lady (and holding a very special little baby:)!
