Walking Partners

One of my favorite things to do is go walking with the kids. I will keep them in the stroller for a lot of the walk and eat snacks and juice and than we will go down side streets and I let them explore. They love looking for adventures and love all of the nature in our neighborhood. This trip the cows were out for a little while until we scared them away.
This trip we had a little bit of a hazard. Britton got his head stuck in the fence. Before I rescued him I had to take a picture. He is such a goof!

For Ashlea's birthday me and the kids meet her, Gavin and Perian at Leu Gardens and than went down to Winter Garden for lunch. The kids had lots of fun and I had a great time hanging out with my bestie! I am so grateful for Ashlea and our friendship. She has been such a great friend and example to me. Happy Birthday Ashlea! I love you Sister Twin!!

A Croupy Night!

This is how it started... Britton and I were taking a bath and taking silly photos (of Briton) to send to daddy who was in Vegas on a boy trip. All of the sudden I hear a very familiar scary noise coming from Payton who was asleep on my bed. I jumped out of the tub and grabbed Britton and put him in his bed and headed straight to the steaming bathroom. With out having Jonathan at home to help me with Britton and also Linda being out of town I was scared to make the call on Payton's health so I decided to get the kids in the car as fast as I could so I could be close to the urgent care which was 15 minutes away. We went and spent 4 hours in the urgent care. It was a very long night but after she got a shot of steroids , x-rays and a breathing treatment everythign was okay. I was blessed to have been able to have started the trip off with Britton being asleep. But eventually he woke up and was into everything! This was after Payton was doing fine and the doctor would not release us because the medications they gave her required that she be watched for 2-4 hours after receiving the meds. I was pretty bored during our wait time so I decided to prove that I am indeed 5'7"! No one ever believes me when I say 5'7" and always think I am taller. Jonathan always messes with me and says I'm 5'8". I love being tall and would claim 5'8", 5'9", 5'10" but every time I tell people how tall I actually am they look at me as if I was crazy.
Such a trooper! I love this little angel so much and hate when she has to go through this scary croup.

Getting Scolded

I was taking the kids outside to go play in the back yard and Britton tried to go outside with his pacie and blanket so I took the blanket and throw it inside and then took his pacie and throw it inside while saying you don’t need this stupid thing! After playing for about 45mins we came inside and Payton must had seen the pacie or maybe just did not want to air in public but she gave me this scolding:

Payton: You can’t say bad words.

Me: I didn’t say a bad word.

Payton: You said stupid and that’s a bad word.

Me: I didn’t say stupid.

Payton: Yes you did. You said stupid pacie.

Me: Yeah, you are right I did say that.

Payton: You need to tell Britton sorry.

Me: Sorry Britton.

Payton: You need to tell me thank you for the necklace.

Me: Payton, thank you so much for my necklace and thank you for keeping me in check.

*Note to self- they hear everything and don’t forget anything!!
