Rock Springs

Jonathan and I have been talking about going to Rock Springs ever since we moved 10 minutes away from it, but this is the first time we actually made it there. We use to go before we had kids and have not been since I was pregnant with Payton. It was alot of fun for the kids and Jonathan and I had fun as well. There was a nice playground set and lots of swings for Britton. Payton got to go down the fast river with Jonathan and we all went down the rock less river and pretended like we were Dora the Exploring and Payton got a kick out of that. I had to be very brave because I was so paranoid about seeing a nasty snake but luckily we did not see any! Happy Happy Little Boy!

Fun With Macie Kate

Today Macie Kate got to spend the day with us while Katelyn worked. Payton and Britton had tons of fun playing with her. They did lots of dressing up, swimming, playing with baby dolls and being silly and fun!

I wanted to get a picture of the little princesses and Britton wanted in on the picture. You can tell from the picture that Payton is one very annoyed big sister right now... ... and he is still trying and she is still annoyed!

Look who is finally swimming!

I finally have Payton swimming and she is actually really good at it! The other day I told her that I forgot her life jacket and pulled her in and made her swim to me and she did it with no problem... just a little fear. She swam back to the stairs and jumped out and said all done! I told her how proud I was and bribed her with red lickerish and got her to do it about 5 more times. The next day we went and swam with Rhea and she did it over and over and now loves doing it and is very proud of herself. She even tries to teach me to swim and tells me to swim to her and use my doggie paddles.

FHE at Seaworld

Earlier in the day I had an idea to pack the kids up and go to Seaworld when Jonathan got off work. It was a great idea and we had a blast! We went to Pei Wei before and did not get to Seaworld until 7:30pm so we did not have a lot of time but the time we had was put to good use and we enjoyed the low crowds and low temperatures. Payton finally got to ride the kid roller coaster since Jonathan was with me and she loved it. We finished the night by going to see Shamu Rocks and it really did ROCK! We got to sit in the VIP educational section so we got to see everything front and centered. We are already planning on going back next Monday.

Swimming at Hammock Beach Resort

We had an awesome short vacation at the Ginn Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast. This is my favorite resort to go to because of all of the different things for the kids to do. We all had lots of fun!
