Grace's 6th Birdie Birthday Party

On the way to Grace's birthday party it was raining like crazy. We got to her house and had to wait for about 20 minutes before we even attempted to go in. It was hailing and looked like a tornado was about to hit. Payton and I finally got enough nerves to make a run for it and got soaked! But once we got inside there was a full blown party going on! The birthday girl and her friends were having so much fun dancing and partying!

While me and Payton go do our shopping Jonathan takes Britton to Sears to look at the mowers. This is Britton's favorite thing to shop for these days. Everytime we pass by Lowes he cries to see the mowers.

Cameryn and Madison got to spend a few days with us. Our favorite thing to do was swim. When the noise level got high I would tell them all to put there bathing suits on and head to the pool! I total understand the need for a pool with a large family!

Last Day of School

Payton and Britton had there last day of school. They will both be going to a new school next year since Payton will be starting VPK-4 and they also offer a PRE K 3 program for Britton. I have enjoyed their school and feel very thankful for Mrs. Sonya and Ms. Blair. They were outstanding teachers and the kids and I will be sad to not have them next year.

For dinner tonight we meet Linda, Katelyn, Natalie, Kirstie, Rhea and the kids for dinner at Joe's Crab Shack. The kids and I love it because they can play while waiting for dinner. It takes a lot of the stress out of going out to eat.

Payton and Britton love playing together especially when I let them do their own thing. I love watching them when they don't think I am paying attention. Today I had the privilege of watching Payton read to Britton. It was very sweet!! I had to be sneaky about getting a photo;)

John Deere

John is Britton's hero! He always asked me where John is and if he is mowing. When John comes over to mow he lets Britton help him out and it is a huge deal to Britton!

Green Meadows Farm

Logan invited Jonathan, the kids and I to go with her family to the Green Meadows Farm. I was a little concerned because of being at a farm in the Florida summer but thought if Logan can do it being 9 months pregnant than I can too!! I am so glad that I did not let the heat stop us because it was such a neat experience. Thanks to the mature oak trees there was lots of shade which made the summer heat very manageable. The kids loved it! Britton loved the all the old restored tractors, Payton loved the roasters and I loved the goat pin. After being there for about an hour Payton got very sick. She had been complaining about her stomach hurting but I thought once we got to the farm she would forget about her pain and have a great day. That worked for an hour until she dropped to her knees and started throwing up!! We had to leave but the Farm was nice enough to give us passes to come back on another date. We can't wait!!
