Cocoa Beach

Rick, Linda and Natalie had the Cocoa condo for a week and let us crash their party! We got to spend a day with them and then we stayed at the condo for a few days when they left. We had a nice relaxing mini vacation!

Walking with a Princess

Tonight I had the privilege of going on a walk with a princess! And not just any princess...this was a fairy princess that told me she could sprinkle dust on me and take me up to the clouds!

Surprise Sunflower

Along time ago Payton wanted to buy a little pack of sunflower seeds from Lowes so I let her get them and we planted them in the rock garden with absolutely no intentions of ever seeing anything grow from them. I actually never looked back a second time to see how they were doing because I did not think they would grow (I don't have the best luck with growing plants!). About a week ago I noticed this huge tall green stalk growing in the garden and at first thought it was a weed since they grow so big so fast. But much to my surprise it was a beautiful sunflower!!
Payton, Britton and I got so excited to see such a beautiful flower that we had grown!! We took photos to show some of our family and when I turned around Britton was holding our beautiful master piece!! Payton and I were heart broken!! We took the flower and put it in a vase so at least we could enjoy the beauty in our house.

Britton is thinking about how bad he wants to pick this flower!! And he is waiting on the perfect moment... when no one is looking!!

Luckily more grew and after Britton picked out second master piece he finally got that you don't pick the sunflowers!!

Mother's Day with Nee

For Mother's Day we skipped school and spent the day with my mom. We had a great time just hanging out around her house playing in the yard and eating pizza. We even got to dig up some banana trees and elephant ear plants to start a tropical garden at my house. I love days like today when I get to hang out with mom. I love my mom very much and feel so blessed to have been given such a great mother... she truly is amazing!!

Dinner at the Lake Mary Park

After doing some shopping in Lake Mary we of course had to stop by Chipotle but this time I decided that the kids would probably enjoy going to the park to eat their food so we got our dinner to go and ate with the squirrels... hundreds of them!!

Room Changes

Finally Jonathan and I decided to paint the kids room. I love how they turned out! Payton of course was so excited to get new decorations!

By the time we got to Britton's room we were so sick of painting so we only did one wall but it was a nice little change.
