I was so nervous for who Payton would have this year as a teacher. It actually stressed me out all summer long! Her kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Bulick, did such a great job at preparing Payton for 1st grade but since its a whole year... A great teacher is so important!! We lucked out and got Mrs. Peterson who I've been told by many people that she is wonderful and puts heart and soul into her class. After our first meeting with her this was very easy to confirm to be true... Thank goodness!! Payton was happy to see a few familiar faces from preschool and a few sweet little girls. I'm so excited for my big girl to have a great year!!
