Back to School Bash

It's been a great summer but know its time to celebrate a new school year!! Rhea and the boys had a back to school bash... A perfect way to end summer break!

Tracy's Baby Shower

Today we had a baby shower for Tracy at the Garden Gate Tea Room. Her baby boy is due in September.

Britton's First Day Of VPK

It's times like today that I realize my baby boy is growing up... Thank goodness Camdyn will be here soon!! It's hard for me to believe that Britton could possible be in VPK! This year Britton will have Ms. Lisa who was Payton's VPK teacher as well. The great news is that Payton and absolutely loved her but the problem is that so does Britton and he also has a crush on her so I worry about him acting creepy for her... We will see!

Payton's 1st Day of 1st Grade

I was so nervous for who Payton would have this year as a teacher. It actually stressed me out all summer long! Her kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Bulick, did such a great job at preparing Payton for 1st grade but since its a whole year... A great teacher is so important!! We lucked out and got Mrs. Peterson who I've been told by many people that she is wonderful and puts heart and soul into her class. After our first meeting with her this was very easy to confirm to be true... Thank goodness!! Payton was happy to see a few familiar faces from preschool and a few sweet little girls. I'm so excited for my big girl to have a great year!!

Back to School

It's been such a wonderful summer! But I am ready to get back on a regular schedule!! We started our morning with cinnamon buns and strawberries. We struggled a little bit with getting out the door but we did get there on time. I picked Britton up at 12 and he had a great day and then the long anticipation started till it was time to get Payton at 3! We came home and baked some cookies and relaxed. It was a very successful first day... Hoping for many more to come!!

Happy 9th Birthday Madison!

Today Madison turned 9 years old!! We had a birthday party for her at Rock Springs and it must have been a huge hit because she has already requested her party be there again next year!

American Girl Doll Store Miami

Linda has been wanting to take Payton and Macie to an American Girl Doll Store to shop and have lunch with their dolls.  When we found out their was a store in Miami, Linda planned a trip! The girls were so excited! They got to get their girl's hair done, pick out outfits and accessories and even got to have dinner with their dolls! These girls are so lucky to have such an awesome grandma! Thanks Linda for the wonderful trip!

Miami Beach

Payton has been counting down the days to her first girls trip to Miami! Linda, Natalie and I took Macie and Payton to Miami for some girl time and a trip to the American Girl Doll Store.  It was a very peaceful and relaxing trip! Payton and Macie love each other so much and get along so well.  It was lots of fun!
