Preschool with Payton

I was the parent assistant again today in Payton's class. It was neat to see all of the kids adjusted to going to class and having such a great time. I am very impressed with Payton's teacher Miss Bonnie. She is very loving, fun, hands on and very firm in a loving way. Payton will now answer me with yes ma'am... something I have never inforced but it is really cute when she says it. Payton painting her brown cat. I love all of the art work surprises she brings home to me everyday. I look forward to picking her up and looking into her bag to get out what she made me and even better is her face when she sees how excited I get;).

New Smynra Beach

After Berni and Nathaniel's Wedding we went to our favorite spot in New Smyrna to walk and let the kids run around the beach. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. Britton went everywhere he was not suppose to. He fell in a couple of hidden holes in the water but would just get up and run off to the next thing that we did not want him doing. Payton found a baby shell!

I sure do love these two!

Berni and Nathaniels Wedding

Today we went to Berni and Nathaniel's wedding. Jonathon became good friends with Berni an Nathaniel while going to Palmer. Berni and Nathaniel actually met and started dating while going to school. They are such a sweet couple and have been great friends. The wedding was in Port Orange and was so beautiful. During the marriage ceremony I was a nervous wreck because it was crowded and both kids were not wanting to sit still. I was holding my breathe the whole time trying to keep them quiet. Luckily the ceremony was short and sweet.

Payton got to dance with the little girls and thought it was very special.

Payton's first official hair cut

Aunt Christy and Cameryn making Payton beautiful. Best hair stylist ever!

I was having one of those wanting to shave my hair off crisis so I called my sister up to get my hair done. Payton and I went and had a girls day and drove up to New Smyrna to get our hair done. I got low lights and cut and Payton got her first official hair cut and by official I mean some one who actually knows how to cut hair (not her mommy or daddy). Payton did very well and it looked so good when it was done even though it was only an inch.

Cameryn's Invitiations

After getting our hair done Cameryn decided to come back to our house to stay the night. I asked Cameryn if she wanted to make her birthday party invitations and she did so we put the kids to sleep and got out the craft boxes. They came out really cute especially for being a spur of the moment craft. Cameryn had great ideas... I love her age!

Uptown Altamonte

We decided to do another family date night at Uptown Altamonte. This place is so much fun especially for the kids. Jonathon had taken the kids there a few days earlier and walked the path twice and the kids loved it. Payton and I played the game who could spot a doggie first (and there are lots of them to find). Jayden dancing.

Playing at Lake Monroe

Today we went to Lake Monroe with Rhea, Jayden, Devon, and Alex. We played, went in the splash park and then had a picnic.

General Conference

I have grown to really enjoy General Conference and this time was especially nice except for Jonathon having to be out of town. Payton was sick so it was nice to be able to stay home with her. We did alot of relaxing, blogging and eating. Linda made delicious homemade cinnamon buns, Rick made banana nut bread and Payton and I made cupcakes. Britton helped us eat all of the goodies. President Monson's talk was my favorite. I loved when he talked about all of his birthday presents he received (http://lds.org/conference/talk/display/0,5232,23-1-1117-27,00.html). What a great man! What a great day!
Payton making cupcakes. She wanted to do everything so I had to scan the mix for cracked egg shells;).

Ducky Race

My mom and I planned on going to Ski Beach in Leesburg to meet up since I had Madison and we lucked out with with there being a big event called the Ducky Race. We went into the event for a short period because it was so crowded and decided to go have our own event and feed the ducks and play on the playground. The ducks were very hungry and were charging us for the bread. Payton even said that one bit her hand. Besides the heat it was lots of fun.

Madison and Payton finally get to race after a 30 min wait in line.

Our GIANT Pumpkin

I love these shopping carts... and the passengers.

I ran into Sam’s the other day to look for something and I came across a box of pumpkins called the Giant Pumpkins so I told Jonathon about them and we decided to go get one of these GIANT pumpkins. When I came back again I think I had overestimated the size of the pumpkin because they did not seem as big but they were still pretty large and pretty.

Making ghost with Natalie and Payton

I have been in a crafty mood and have wanted to make sheet ghost so I was thinking who better to make ghost with then my buddy Natalie. Natalie, Payton and I made these scary ghosts that I am going to hang in the tree.

Things have been getting pretty scary around here.

I also made this pumpkin. It was really easy and Payton thinks it is so cool.
