Splish Splash we were having a blast!

I discovered a new great park in Sanford. It is called Ft. Mellon and it has a really nice playground and splash park. We took the kids there for a picnic and play. Britton had a blast playing in the water. He would look for the water and than it would spray him in the face and he thought it was so funny! We went back later that night with Jonathon to walk along the water and eat pizza. I think this is my new favorite place.

Chef Britton

Cameryn decided to dress Britton up as Chef Britton. He loves to play on the kitchen...I need to get him a tool set and a tool belt ;). The girls thought it was too funny to take off so he got to play in the sand with his outfit on.

4th of July

This year for the 4th of July we went up to the Grand Cypress and had such a great time! The pool is so much fun and they have activities all over the resort to do. We rode the giant bike and trust me it is not as fun as it looks... well maybe for me because I was sitting in the middle doing nothing. We went on a bike ride with single bikes that had kiddie things on the back and that was so much fun. After we were done playing in the pool we got ready and tried to go to downtown Disney but they had a big sign that said no fire works so we turned around and went to downtown Sanford and watched a nice firework display. It was such a great family day!

Jayden's 2nd birthday

This year for Jayden's birthday Rhea and Geoffrey gave Jayden a horse party and it was so much fun. They had a real pony come and gave the kids rides. Payton thought the whole horse theme was great and we discovered that she was quite the horse girl. Rhea gave her a deflated horse balloon and she rode it all over the party. I think she enjoyed that more than the real pony. She rode the horse so much that she rubbed the paint off of that balloon and her whole body was covered in a silver shimmer.Come on Grandma! Jello Jumpin

Today Jayden came over to play with Britton and Payton so of course we had to get messey again. I made Payton jello the day before and did not have a chance to get to it that night so we saved it for Jayden so he could jello jump with us. Payton eating the jello... gross!

Best Friends of Different Colors

Payton and Grace have so much fun playing together and are so cute together. Payton will watch things that Grace does and try to copy her... which is great because Grace is such a great example to Payton. They usually play great together except for the occasional fights over a dog, baby doll (with a diaper) or what ever is pink... they both love pink. The other night we were over at Ashlea and Randy's house for movie night and when it was time to go Payton wanted to stay the night so bad. Grace and Payton climbed in Grace's bed with their baby dolls and Payton was insisting that she stayed the night. It melted my heart to see how big of a girl that Payton has become wanting to stay the night at her friends house. It did cross my mind to let her stay until we turned out the light and she jumped up and said mommy! Grace, thanks for always being such a great friend to Payton. We love you!

These pictures were taken yesterday when we went swimming with Gail, Megan and Kirstie. Payton and Grace were wearing matching bathing suits and looked so cute together with their two extremes of color. Payton has the most beautiful dark skin and Grace has the most beautiful fair skin... Best friends of different colors!

The Berge girls brought over their cutting machine so we made hair clips while the kids swam. Payton was ridiculously fussy so it was kind of tough but still great to hang out with friends. Before we were even pulled out of the drive way she fell asleep which confirmed what I thought and that being that she was out of her mind tired. So once we got home Britton and I enjoyed some time together with out Ms. Fussy.

Britton has discovered the toy cabinet (or the place I throw all of Payton's junk in). I love having an area in the kitchen for the kids. They are so cute together... those messy little monkeys!Move over sissy! I want a turn!
